Engagement Photoshoot - Should You Book Right Away, Or Wait?

Hey! I'm Kendra, photo taker of Couples, Moms & Milestones, & I'm so glad to have you here. If you're engaged, or are getting engaged soon, than this post is for you!

Getting engaged is such an exciting time in your life & I know that you want to do everything right when it comes to this special time in your life.

So without further adieu, let's answer the question that's been running through your head. Should you book your engagement photos right away? Or, should you wait until closer to your wedding date? There will be some cases where my answer doesn't apply, but in most cases, you should definitely book your engagement session asap.

Why?

Because right now it's fresh! You're feeling giddy all over again just like when you first started dating, & the love & excitement is oozing out of you. This is going to shine through in your photos when you get them as soon as possible.

It's also a great excuse for more wine or champagne.

Now, I'm not saying this is the only time to do your celebratory photos; but I do feel it's the best time.
